为降低建模复杂度,提出一种改进的有杆抽油系统动态机理建模方法。该方法基于动能守恒原理对传统转动惯量的计算方法进行简化,建立地面系统的动态模型。然后将地面和井下作为一个有机的整体建立有杆抽油系统的机理模型并对其进行仿真研究。以胜利油田辛11-106井为例对该方法进行验证,结果表明该方法不仅简化计算,降低模型对地面设备几何尺寸等数据的依赖,而且能够得到较为精确的系统悬点示功图,使该模型具有更好的推广能力。
In order to reduce the modeling complexity, an improved modeling method of dynamic mechanism of sucker rod pumping system is proposed. The method simplifies the calculation method of traditional moment of inertia based on the principle of conservation of momentum and establishes a dynamic model of the ground system. Then, the mechanism model of sucker rod pumping system is established as an organic whole by the ground and the downhole and the simulation research is carried out. This method is validated by taking Xin 11-106 well in Shengli Oilfield as an example. The results show that this method not only simplifies the calculation, but also reduces the dependence of the model on the data such as the geometry of the ground equipment. Moreover, The model has better promotion ability.
