为保证设计的可靠性就要对设计方案进行FMEA分析。针对航天载荷主要采用由底而上的功能分析法,部分关键器件采用硬件分析法。依据载荷工作原理及组成结构,列出相机的最小功能模块、主要部件和器件可能发生的故障,并分析这些故障将对载荷在轨运行工作时产生的影响和纠正的措施。通过分析,载荷所有功能单元的风险评价指数均需要小于7,才能够满足设计要求。
In order to ensure the reliability of the design, the design must be analyzed by FMEA. For aerospace payloads, the functional analysis method from the bottom is adopted, and some key components adopt the hardware analysis method. According to the working principle and structure of the load, the minimum functional modules of the camera, the main components and possible failures of the device are listed. The impact of these faults on the on-orbit operation of the load and the corrective measures are analyzed. Through analysis, the risk evaluation index of all functional units under load needs to be less than 7, so as to meet the design requirements.
