The determination of ribavirin injection by spectrophotometry overcomes the shortcomings of the neutralization method due to its complexity and time-consuming hydrolysis, with an average recovery of 99.92% and a coefficient of variation of 0.42% (n = 6). This method is simple, fast and accurate.
