目的 研究多氯联苯 (PCB)对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法 选用受孕 wistar大鼠分组饲喂含不同剂量PCB的饲料至分娩 ,再分组饲喂乳鼠 3个月采用避暗法及主动回避方法检测大鼠学习、记忆能力。结果 高剂量组大鼠的生长发育比其它组缓慢 (P <0 .0 5 ) ; 组 (10 0 0 ppb)和 组 (10 0 ppb)的学习记忆能力显著低于 组 (10 ppb)及对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 PCB能抑制大鼠的学习、记忆功能
Objective To study the effect of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) on learning and memory in rats. Methods Wistar pregnant rats were fed with different doses of PCB diet to delivery, and then sub-feeding suckling mice for 3 months to avoid darkness and active avoidance methods to detect learning and memory in rats. Results The growth and development of rats in high dose group were slower than those in other groups (P <0.05). The learning and memory abilities of group (10 0 ppb) and group (10 0 ppb) were significantly lower than those of group (10 ppb) Group (P <0. 01). Conclusion PCB can inhibit the learning and memory function of rats
