喝白开水?不正确!人们在劳作或运动之后会大量出汗,接着产生强烈的口渴感。此时,有的人猛喝开水,这种解渴方法很不科学。因为汗液中有99%的水分,还有近1%的盐分。出汗使人缺水也缺盐,缺乏盐分会使人体渗透压失去平衡,这时饮下的开水就会随汗液排出,并带出一定量的盐分。这样,白开水喝得越多,汗出得越多,盐分也失去得越多。这不仅不能改善机体细胞的缺水状态,还会使体内失去大量盐分。
