一、前言为执行中美合作研究项目“地震危险性分析及现有房屋抗震性能评定和加固”,陈达生和笔者于1986年曾访美,对多层砌体房屋抗震性能评定和震害预测的专家系统进行了合作研究。在我国拥有大量多层无筋砖砌体房屋的震害资料和抗震经验,斯坦福大学正在开展人工智能专家系统的研究,加州大学伯克利分校正在研究现有房屋的加固设计分析方法和旧金山市多层无筋

Foreword To implement the Sino-U.S. cooperation research project “seismic risk analysis and evaluation and reinforcement of existing housing seismic performance”, Chen Dasheng and the author visited the United States in 1986 to evaluate the seismic performance of multi-story masonry buildings and earthquake damage prediction. The expert system conducted a collaborative study. In China, we have a large number of multi-layered unreinforced brick masonry houses with seismic damage data and seismic experience. Stanford University is conducting research on artificial intelligence expert systems.
