在连铸过程中,熔融铝镇静钢中的铝夹杂物会沉积在水口内壁。氧化铝的堆积不仅会因形成缺陷而降低钢的质量,而且还会因为水口的堵塞导致生产效率的下降。为此,研究者们也采取了一些措施,但在很多情况下,这些应对措施还不足以很好地解决氧化铝的堆积问题。我们新开发了一种由白云石和石墨复合而成的白云石-石墨质(DG)材料,并在实验室里进行了氧化铝堆积实验,结果表明,白云石-石墨质材料具有最佳的抗氧化铝堆积能力,而且工业试验也同样表明该种材质具有超强的抗氧化铝堆积性能。相信白云石-石墨质材料的应用必将会提高钢的质量和生产效率。
During the continuous casting process, the aluminum inclusions in the molten aluminum killed steel are deposited on the inner wall of the nozzle. The accumulation of alumina not only reduces the quality of the steel due to the formation of defects, but also reduces the production efficiency due to blockage of the nozzle. To this end, the researchers also took some measures, but in many cases, these measures are not enough to properly solve the accumulation of alumina. We have newly developed a dolomite-graphite (DG) composite material composed of dolomite and graphite and conducted an alumina packing experiment in the laboratory. The results show that the dolomite-graphite material has the best resistance Alumina accumulation capacity, and industrial tests also show that the kind of material with superb aluminum oxide accumulation properties. I believe dolomite - the application of graphite materials will surely improve the quality and production efficiency of steel.
