目的观察固本咳喘颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠胸腺指数及脾指数的影响。方法用烟熏加气管内滴注脂多糖建立COPD大鼠模型,随机分为6组:正常组,模型组,3个剂量固本咳喘颗粒组与固本咳喘片组。从造模的第3天开始,正常组和模型组灌服0.9%氯化钠10 m L·kg-1,固本咳喘颗粒组分别灌服3个剂量固本咳喘颗粒混悬液(2.28,1.14,0.57 g·m L-1),固本咳喘片组灌服混悬液0.01 g·m L-1,灌胃1次/日,共28 d。灌胃结束第2天,处死大鼠,留取标本,剥离大鼠胸腺和脾,计算脾指数、胸腺指数。结果与模型组比较,固本咳喘颗粒组能明显提高胸腺指数及脾指数(P<0.05)。结论固本咳喘颗粒通过提高胸腺指数及脾指数,从而提高COPD大鼠的免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effects of Guben Kechuan Granules on thymus index and spleen index in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) rats. Methods COPD rat model was established by dripping lipopolysaccharide with smoke and gas pipetting and randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, model group, 3 doses of Guben Kechuan Granule Group and Guben Kechuan Tablet group. From the third day of modeling, normal group and model group were given 0.9% sodium chloride 10 m L · kg-1, and Guben Kechuan Granules group were given three doses of Guben Kechuan Granule suspension 2.28,1.14,0.57 g · m L-1), Guben Chuanchuan Tablet group was orally administered with 0.01 g · m L -1 of gavage, once a day for 28 days. On the second day after gavage, the rats were sacrificed, the specimens were taken, the thymus and spleen of rats were dissected, spleen index and thymus index were calculated. Results Compared with model group, Guben Kechuan Granule group can obviously improve thymus index and spleen index (P <0.05). Conclusion Guben Kechuan Granules can improve the immune function of COPD rats by increasing thymus index and spleen index.
