对16Mn 钢γ未结晶区及(γ+α)两相区控制轧制机理进行了研究。用相变动力学理论建立铁素体平均晶粒直径与相变前奥氏体晶粒直径、轧制温度及变形程度之间关系的数学模型。该模型所表示的变化规律与实验曲线一致。并根据实验数据建立了易于应用的回归方程式。
The control rolling mechanism of γ-unformulated zone and (γ + α) two-phase zone in 16Mn steel was studied. The mathematical model of the relationship between the average grain size of ferrite and the austenite grain size, the rolling temperature and the degree of deformation before transformation was established by the phase change kinetics theory. The variation of the model is consistent with the experimental curve. Based on the experimental data, an easy-to-use regression equation was established.
