采用锡克氏试验方法，对三峡库区秭归县的１０８８人的白喉抗体水平进行了调查。结果阳性率为２０．４０％，说明该县有７９．６０％的人群对白喉产生了免疫力，基本上形成了免疫屏障。从而预测白喉在三峡坝区之首的秭归仅可能发生散在病例，不会发生流行。本研究表明，自从实施计划免疫和冷链工作以来，有效地提高了小年龄组儿童的免疫力。今后应搞好计划免疫的工作。
The diphtheria antibody level of 1088 people in Zigui County in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area was investigated by using Sick’s test method. The positive rate was 20.40%, indicating that 79.60% of the population in the county had immunity to diphtheria and basically formed an immune barrier. In order to predict diphtheria in the Three Gorges dam area of the first Zigui may only occur in scattered cases, will not occur. This study shows that, since the implementation of planned immunization and cold chain work, effectively raising the immunity of children in the younger age group. We should do a good job in immunization from now on.
