目的掌握邯郸市家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平。方法在室内条件下分别采用微量点滴法测定半数致死量(LD5 0);将雌家蝇成虫用乙醚麻醉,分别用5种不同浓度的杀虫剂(毒死蜱、残杀威、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、敌敌畏)在中胸背板点滴1μl药液,观察死亡率,计算抗性系数RR。结果除敌敌畏外,邯郸市家蝇对毒死蜱、残杀威、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯均产生了不同程度的抗药性,抗性系数分别为2.22、21.85、23.78、19.89,其中以高效氯氰菊酯抗性较高。结论邯郸市在防制家蝇时应减少高效氯氰菊酯的使用,可增加毒死蜱等有机磷和氯菊酯等菊酯类杀虫剂的使用;应加强家蝇对杀虫剂的抗药性监测,采取持续可控有利于生态的防制策略。
Objective To understand the level of resistance of house flies to common insecticides in Handan. Methods The LD50 was determined by microdilution method under indoor conditions. Adult female Musca domestica were anesthetized with ether and treated with 5 different concentrations of insecticides (chlorpyrifos, propoxur, cypermethrin, permethrin , Dichlorvos) in the thoracodorsal drip 1μl liquid, observe the mortality rate, calculate the resistance coefficient RR. Results In addition to dichlorvos, Handan City, domestic flies chlorpyrifos, propoxur, beta-cypermethrin, permethrin have different levels of resistance, resistance coefficient was 2.22,21.85,23.78,19.89, respectively, of which beta-cypermethrin resistance high. Conclusions Handan should reduce the use of beta-cypermethrin in the control of housefly, increase the use of organophosphate such as chlorpyrifos and other pyrethroids such as permethrin, and should strengthen the monitoring of insecticide resistance in houseflies Sustainable control is conducive to ecological control strategies.
