本文报道用含0.5%腺嘌呤饲料喂养大白鼠,其体重减轻,生长发育受阻,怕冷蜷缩,精神萎顿,基础体温降低,多尿,排泄代谢废物功能低下。血中T、E_2、LH和CG含量降低,T_3、T_4和F呈低下趋势。肾脏体积肥大,颜色苍白,呈“大白色肾”,镜检肾组织呈萎缩倾向,结缔组织增生,肾小管之PAS,AKP、G-6-P、G-6-PDH、ICDH、L-MDH、NSE反应明显减弱。睾丸组织萎缩,大部分曲细精管退行性变化,精子产生减少或缺如。用补肾温阳代表方右归丸进行试验性治疗,以作反证,上述各种证候和生化学、组织学之异常均得到不同程度的改善。因此可以认为是一种新创制的“肾阳虚”动物模型。

Therefore, it can be considered as a newly created animal model of kidney-yang deficiency.
