我回顾自己前些年的报道路子,发现自己采写的稿件综合性的多,典型少;经验型的多,信息和新闻少。究其原因,主要是自己的采访作风还不够深入,没能更多从最基层的一线工人五彩斑斓的生活中去发现典型、寻找热点,所以稿件总显得苍白,缺少新意。为此,我调整了自己采访的出发点:沉下去,到工人中去找典型。近几年我一直把采访“小人物”作为自己的重点,尽可能让那些可敬、可爱的普通职工的先进思想和高尚
I reviewed my own reporting a few years ago and found that I had a lot of manuscripts that were written in a comprehensive manner with few typical examples. I learned many experiences, less information and news. The reason is that the style of their own interviews is not deep enough to find more typical and hot spots in the colorful life of front-line workers at the most grass-roots level.
