知识经济的兴起及其在世界范围的广泛深入,使得知识已经成为社会最关键的资源和最基本的生产要素。在这一大背景下,任何组织要想生存和发展,都必须依赖于知识的创新、转移和运用,都最终依赖于知识的载体——知识员工。因此,如何吸引知识员工,如何留住知识员工,如何激励知识员工,就成为绝大多数社会组织未来发展的核心课题。而在这一核心课题中,知识员工的薪酬激励及其管理转型将成为人力资源管理者必须解答的核心子课题。
The rise of knowledge-based economy and its extensive in-depth worldwide, making knowledge has become the most critical social resources and the most basic factor of production. In this context, any organization that wants to survive and develop must depend on the innovation, transfer and application of knowledge, and ultimately rely on the carrier of knowledge - knowledge workers. Therefore, how to attract knowledge workers, how to retain knowledge workers, and how to motivate knowledge workers have become the core issues for the development of most social organizations in the future.
