林-巴利综合征(Guillain-Barre Syndrome,GBS)是神经系统的常见病,常累及广泛的运动性颅、脊神经根,引起广泛的下运动神经元瘫痪。当支配呼吸肌的神经受累时,常会引起不同程度的呼吸肌麻痹,而危及病人的生命。现将我科收治疗的GBS患者中合并有呼吸肌麻痹的163例(占44％)患者的救治情况总结如下。
Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) is a common disease of the nervous system and often involves a wide range of motor cranial and spinal nerve roots, causing paralysis of a wide range of lower motor neurons. When the nerves that dominate the respiratory muscles are involved, they often cause paralysis of the respiratory muscles to varying degrees and endanger the life of the patient. The treatment of 163 patients (44%) with respiratory muscle paralysis admitted to our department is summarized as follows.
