目前我国从美国莫尼特公司引进的8850二氧化硫分析仪的工作原理是利用紫外光照射SO_2分子,使之产生与浓度成线性关系的萤光。8840化学发光氮氧化物分析仪的工作原理是利用臭氧(O_3)与一氧化氮(NO)之间的化学反应生成激发态的二氧化氮(NO_2~·)的化学发光反应。此光强度与NO的浓度成正比关系。前者是基于物理的方法,后者是基于化学的方法。但两者的共同之处都是利用光的效应。任何物质如果在另一种物质的参与下能产生光,而且其光的强度与该物质质量(浓度)成正比关系时,我们就可以利用上述方法测定它的含量。我们还能发现利用同一原理可以制出两类分析
