选取2005~2012年我国制造业省级面板数据,从产业层面探讨我国制造业集聚与环境污染的关系。结果表明,在控制了产业规模、外商直接投资、能源消耗、科技投入、环境规制等条件下,制造业集聚与环境污染之间呈倒“N”型关系,并且目前我国制造业集聚水平以中低集聚度为主,处于倒“N”型曲线的两个转折点之间。据此,提出了进一步提升制造业集聚水平以降低环境污染水平的政策建议,最终实现经济增长和保护环境的双赢。
Select the manufacturing panel data of China’s manufacturing industry from 2005 to 2012, and discuss the relationship between manufacturing agglomeration and environmental pollution in China from the industrial level. The results show that under the control of industrial scale, foreign direct investment, energy consumption, investment in science and technology, environmental regulation and other conditions, there is a “N” type relationship between manufacturing agglomeration and environmental pollution, and at present, the level of agglomeration of manufacturing industry Concentration in the low-based, in the inverted “N ” type curve between the two turning points. Based on this, the paper puts forward some policy recommendations to further enhance the level of agglomeration in manufacturing so as to reduce the level of environmental pollution, and finally achieve a win-win situation between economic growth and environmental protection.
