近1年间,在我科共发生医师与护士冲突29起,其中口角4次,医护配合不协调14起,影响一方或双方情绪的隐性冲突11起。笔者认为,在临床实践中,医护冲突不可避免,但可以减少或减缓。冲突的原因主要为双方互不理解,缺乏必要的信息交流和主动配合;对工作不负责任及双方性格、脾气和修养方面的差异。解决冲突的方法:①双方平等相待、相互理解;②经常交流信息、互通情报;③主动配合,增强责任心,加强自身修养。
In the past year, there have been 29 conflicts between doctors and nurses in our department, of which 4 were oral and 14 were uncoordinated. There were 11 hidden conflicts affecting one or both parties’ emotions. The author believes that in clinical practice, conflict between health care and care is inevitable, but it can be reduced or reduced. The reasons for the conflict are mainly because the two sides do not understand each other, lack the necessary information exchanges and take the initiative to cooperate; they are irresponsible to the work and the differences in their personality, temper and culture. Ways to resolve conflicts: 1 The two sides treat each other as equals and understand each other; 2 Exchange information and communicate information on a regular basis; 3 Actively cooperate to enhance their sense of responsibility and strengthen their self-cultivation.
