根据《中华人民共和国耕地占用税暂行条例》,现就进一步加强我省耕地占用税征管的有关问题通知如下:一、进一步加强对耕地占用税征收管理工作的领导。耕地占用税的开征,是贯彻党中央、国务院关于十分珍惜和合理利用每一寸土地,切实保护耕地这一基本国策而采取的一项重要措施。各级人民政府要进一步加强对耕地占用税征管工作的领导,把耕地占用税征管工作作为贯彻基本国策的一件大事来抓,充分发挥耕地占用税保护耕地、筹集土地开发建设资金的作用。
According to the “Provisional Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Farmland Occupation Taxes,” we hereby notify you of the following further issues concerning further strengthening the collection and administration of farmland occupation tax in our province: I. Further Strengthening Leadership in Levying and Managing Farmland Occupancy Taxes. The introduction of arable land occupation tax is an important measure taken by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in implementing the basic national policy of cherishing and using every inch of land rationally and earnestly protecting cultivated land. The people’s governments at all levels should further strengthen the leadership over the collection and administration of farmland occupation tax and regard the collection and management of farmland occupation tax as a major issue in implementing the basic national policy. They should give full play to their role in protecting cultivated land and raising funds for land development and construction.
