武汉市长江大酒店(以下简称长酒)是武汉市旅游局和原香港发景股份有限公司合资兴建的主要以国外客商为服务对象的商务型酒店,1985年9月经武汉市工商局批准登记并开始筹建,1987年5月开始试营业。长酒总投资700万美元,双方出资各半。长酒最高权力机构为董事会,8名董事双方各占4名,董事长由市旅游局长担任,总经理由港方推荐,董事会聘任。长酒的营业情况良好,在试营业的1988年创营业额折合人民币1669万元,利润579.6万元,1989年前4个月又创营业额653万元,利润293万元。营业额中75%是外汇。
Wuhan Changjiang Hotel (hereinafter referred to as Changjiu) is a joint-venture business hotel established by the Wuhan Tourism Administration and the former Hong Kong Viewing Co., Ltd. It is a business hotel mainly targeted at foreign businessmen. It was registered and approved by Wuhan Industrial and Commercial Bureau in September 1985. Started preparations for the start of trial operation in May 1987. Long Wine has a total investment of 7 million U.S. dollars. The highest authority of Changjiu is the board of directors. Each of the 8 directors has 4 members. The chairman of the board of directors is the director of the city tourism bureau. The general manager is recommended by the Hong Kong side and the board of directors is appointed. Changjiu’s business conditions were good. In the trial operation, the turnover in 1988 was equivalent to RMB 16.69 million and profit was RMB 5.796 million. In the first four months of 1989, it had a turnover of RMB 6.53 million and a profit of RMB 2.93 million. 75% of turnover is foreign exchange.
