目的更好地开发利用芫花(Daphne genkwa Sieb.et Zucc)药用植物资源。方法用硅胶、羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱色谱、HPLC分离纯化;根据理化性质和NMR谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从醋炙芫花的乙醇提取物中分离得到9个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为芫花素(genkwanin,1)、3′-羟基芫花素(3′-hydroxy-genkwanin,2)、芹菜素(apigenin,3)、洋芹素-4′,7-二甲醚(4′,7-dimethylapige-nin,4)、椴苷(kaempferol-3-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)glucopyranoside,5)、4′,5-二羟基-3′,7-二甲氧基黄酮(4′,5-dihydroxy-3′,7-dimethoxyflavone,6)、4′,5,7-三甲氧基黄酮(4′,5,7-trimethoxyfla-vone,7)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside,8)、3′,4′,5,7-四甲氧基黄酮(3′,4′,5,7-tetramethoxyflavone,9)。结论化合物1~9均为首次从芫花醋炙品中分离得到,化合物7、8为首次从瑞香属植物中分离得到,化合物9为首次从芫花中分离得到。
Objective To develop and utilize medicinal plant resources of Daphne genkwa Sieb.et Zucc better. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and hydroxypropyl Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and NMR spectra. Results Nine flavonoids were isolated from the ethanol extract of vinegar Sunburn Daphne genkwa and identified as genkwanin (1), 3’-hydroxy-genkwanin (2), celery (Apigenin, 3), 4 ’, 7-dimethylapigein (4), kaempferol-3-β-D- p-coumaroyl) glucopyranoside, 5 ’, 4’, 5-dihydroxy-3 ’, 7-dimethoxyflavone (6) 7-trimethoxyflavone (7), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (8) 3 ’, 4’, 5,7-tetramethoxyflavone (3 ’, 4’, 5,7-tetramethoxyflavone, 9). CONCLUSION Compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from Daphne genkwa for the first time. Compounds 7 and 8 were isolated from the genus Daphne for the first time. Compound 9 was isolated from Daphne genkwa for the first time.
