本文就设备综合管理的基本含义,各阶段管理水平的主要评价指标以及综合评价的方法作初步的探讨: 一、企业设备综合管理的基本含义 1.企业应对设备一生进行全过程管理 设备一生按其管理的阶段性,可以分为前期、初期、服役期及更新期四个阶段。四个阶段各有其特点,需要针对其特点前后关照全面管理。许多年来企业设备管理维修部门只注重服役期的管理,忽略了前期、初期及更新期的管理,往往发生新设备因先天质量问题,适应不了生产要求,长期不能投产使用,甚至早期报废,造成投资浪费;老旧设备不能得到适时更新,技术状况日益劣化,设备技术素质得不到提高,企业经济效益受到不良影响。
