在临床医学中,严重影响患儿生存质量、威胁患儿生命的肠道炎症性疾病有新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)、先天性巨结肠合并小肠结肠炎(HAEC)和儿童炎症性肠病(IBD)三种类型。目前医学界对这三种肠道性炎症疾病的发病机制没有统一的定论和说法。但是,研究表明,肠道菌群紊乱是肠道性炎症疾病的重要发病原因。在医学领域高通量测序技术的应用是探测肠道微生物群落的重要方法。下文将综述肠道性炎症疾病发病的过程中肠道菌群的主要作用和益生菌的应用对肠道炎症性疾病的改善。
In clinical medicine, intestinal inflammatory diseases that seriously affect children’s quality of life and threaten their life are Neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), Hirschsprung’s disease (HAEC) and childhood inflammatory bowel Disease (IBD) three types. At present, there is no unified conclusion and explanation on the pathogenesis of these three intestinal inflammatory diseases in the medical field. However, studies have shown that intestinal flora disorder is an important cause of intestinal inflammatory disease. The application of high-throughput sequencing technology in medicine is an important method to detect gut microbial community. The following section reviews the main role of gut flora in the pathogenesis of enteric inflammatory diseases and the use of probiotics to improve intestinal inflammatory disease.
