随着经济社会的发展,我国不断深化改革市场经济体制,这也导致各个电信运营商之间的竞争愈演愈烈。对于电信大客户来说,它是电信企业运营最关键的客户群体之一,在企业运营过程中发挥着重要的作用。但是由于种种因素,电信企业对大客户的运营管理总是差强人意,也给电信企业带来了巨大的经济损失。本文就基于现在新环境下对电信企业大客户服务营销理念与策略进行探究,提出行之有效的方案。
With the economic and social development, China has continuously deepened the reform of the market economic system, which has led to increasingly fierce competition among various telecom operators. For telecom big clients, it is one of the most critical customer groups for telecom operators and plays an important role in the operation of the enterprise. However, due to various factors, the telecom enterprises are always unsatisfactory in the operation and management of their major clients and have also brought tremendous economic losses to telecom enterprises. This article is based on the new environment of the telecommunications business customer service marketing concepts and strategies to explore and put forward effective solutions.
