创建和谐企业,是我国经济建设和社会主义建设持续稳定发展的时代主题,是构建和谐社会的基础。工会是员工自主结合的工人阶级的群众组织,是党联系员工群众的桥梁和纽带。在企业和员工中间,工会组织让两者唇齿相依,和谐共振,共同产生推动企业和员工和谐发展的强大原动力。笔者结合工作实际,仅就国有企业工会组织在创建和谐企业中的作用发挥,谈几点粗浅的认识。要发挥工会的民主管理作用为创建和谐企业打好基础 Establishing a harmonious enterprise is the theme of the times when China’s economic construction and socialist construction are developing continuously and steadily and is the foundation for building a harmonious society.
