以分析纯Nb2O5,KOH为原料,通过添加无水乙醇利用水热-溶剂热法合成了结晶度高、晶粒发育完整的KNbO3粉体。借助X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜以及透射电镜对所得粉体进行了表征,研究了合成时间对产物晶相、粒径大小以及形貌的影响。实验结果表明:采用水热-溶剂热法,在矿化剂浓度为6mol/L的条件下反应3h得到了纯正交相结构的KNbO3粉体,反应时间对产物形貌影响较大,随着反应时间的延长KNbO3由棒状晶体转化为规则的六边形晶体。
Based on the analysis of pure Nb2O5 and KOH as raw materials, KNbO3 powder with high crystallinity and complete grain growth was synthesized by hydrothermal-solvothermal method by adding absolute ethanol. The obtained powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The effects of synthesis time on the crystal phase, particle size and morphology of the product were investigated. The experimental results show that KNbO3 powder with pure orthorhombic phase is obtained by the hydrothermal-solvothermal method under the conditions of mineralizer concentration of 6mol / L for 3h. The reaction time greatly affects the morphology of the product. With the reaction The extension of time KNbO3 from rod crystals into regular hexagonal crystals.
