选用5周龄SD雄性大鼠20只,随机等量地分为对照组,脉冲电磁场组(PEMF),功能矫治器组(FA)和PEMF+FA组,研究髁突的组织学变化和细胞DNA合成的变化。结果:①PEMF组和FA组均显示软骨细胞层数增多,软骨细胞变大,基质增多,在移行层与骨小梁交界处,有较多血管增生,大量红细胞出现。PEMF+FA组的上述变化更为明显。②Brdu阳性细胞在过渡层和成熟层较多,统计学分析表明PEMF组和FA组阳性细胞数均显著高于对照组,而PEMF+FA组与PEMF组或FA组相比也有显著性差异。研究表明:PEMF的作用与FA类似,可使髁突软骨的DNA合成功能活跃,促进细胞增殖,PEMF与FA有协同作用
Twenty male Sprague-Dawley rats of 5 weeks old were randomly divided into control group, pulsed electromagnetic field group (PEMF), functional appliance group (FA) and PEMF + FA group to study the histological changes of condylar and the synthesis of DNA Variety. Results: ①PEMF group and FA group showed that the number of chondrocytes increased, chondrocytes became larger and the matrix increased. At the junction of transitional layer and trabecular bone, there were more vascular hyperplasia and a large number of red blood cells appeared. The above changes in PEMF + FA group were more obvious. ②Brdu positive cells in the transitional and mature layer more statistical analysis showed that PEMF group and FA group positive cells were significantly higher than the control group, PEMF + FA group and PEMF group or FA group compared with significant differences. Studies have shown that: PEMF role similar to FA, condylar cartilage DNA synthesis can be activated, promote cell proliferation, PEMF and FA have a synergistic effect
