(一)薄膜分离的原理高分子膜对混合气体的分离作用,是以高分子膜对各种气体有不同的渗透速率为依据的,气体通过高分子均质膜的渗透过程,主要分三步:首先,气体分子在膜的一侧表面上溶解,然后,气体分子在膜内向低浓度处扩散,最后,在膜的另一表面上解吸(或蒸发)。所以,高聚物的透气性,一方面取决于扩散系数,同时又决定于气体在高分子膜中的溶解度。
