近期“SM”轮在广州装载氟石粉(Fluorspar Powder),在获有适装证书的情况下,途中却出现因货物表面流态化移动造成船舶倾斜的险情,后紧急挂靠港口将此货物卸出才得以解决。此次险情虽未酿成重大安全事故,但耽误了船期,也给船东的经济效益和企业声誉带来负面影响。我轮也装载了相同货物,在装载前后进行了一系列的准备并制定了应急措施,仅以此文与同行交流,不当之处,敬请指正。1易流态化货物运输的有关规定SOLAS公约第6章货物装运B部分《谷物以外的散装货物的特别规定》中第6条(装运的可接受性)第2
