“意守丹田”是练功时注意力集中在丹田使腹部肌肉帮助胸部呼吸,渐渐过渡到“气贯丹田”。“气贯丹田”是自然腹式呼吸法的吸气动作,即吸气时,下腹部渐渐向前下膨突,丹田有气充实感觉。意思是说:气由鼻子吸进而贯到丹田。它的作用是使肺活量逐渐扩大,同时推动腹腔蠕动,改善腹腔内脏气血循环。
