12协会是纯属学术性的,更多地是在学术上进行交流、进行选择。12涉及从应用到网络的具体构架,希望能带动本地产业的发展。中国的网络构架应该说是非常好的。我们国家这片网络最容易实现第二代Internet。为什么没有胆量自己提个标准出来?这是最大的悲哀,不是提不出来,是没有胆量提。
