回顾建局三十年来,地质勘查单位管理,同全国地质行业一样,走了一条曲折的道路.前二十年处于传统管理的自我适应状态,1978年以后,尤其是党的十一届三中全会《关于经济体制改革的决定》以来,地质勘查单位管理得到进一步加强,向管理现代化迈出可喜的一步,对促进我局的发展、提高地质找矿成果和经济社会效益,发挥了应有作用. In reviewing the establishment of the Bureau for over 30 years, the management of geological survey units, like the national geological industry, has taken a tortuous road. The first two decades are in the self-adaptation of traditional management, after 1978, especially the third session of the 11th Party Central Committee. Since the “Decision on Economic System Reform” of the Plenary, the management of geological exploration units has been further strengthened and a gratifying step has been taken toward modernization of management.
