8月27～29日,国家经贸委培训司在昆明召开了全国经贸委系统培训处长会议。会议传达了全国干部教育培训会议精神。总结了今年以来全国企业培训工作进展情况,研究部署了“十五”期间企业培训重点工作,部分省、市、区介绍了经验。吴用可司长在会议讲话中分析了中国“入世”后企业培训面临的机遇与挑战,提出了“抓三支队伍、两大建设、一个探索”的工作思路,要求各地、各部门以务实创新的精神,全面推进企业培训工作,以崭新的姿态迎接入世挑战。会议期间.本刊记者来访了吴司长,现整理刊出供学习参考。 From August 27 to 29, the Training Department of the State Economic and Trade Commission held a meeting of director of system training of the SETC in Kunming.
