在我国经济迅猛增长中,事业单位所起到的作用是非常显著的。事业单位所起到的示范作用对我国的国民经济以及社会发展做出了重要的贡献,对我国社会主义文明的影响越来越重要。目前,我国政府正逐步从管理型向服务型发展,事业单位在此基础上也应该进行体制上的改革,对事业单位中的工作效率以及资金运转提出更高的要求。本文就针对事业单位在预算管理中出现的问题进行分析讨论,就如何加强事业单位财务预算管理提出几点措施,希望能为事业单位的运行得到帮助。
In the rapid economic growth in our country, the institution plays a very significant role. The exemplary role played by institutions has made an important contribution to our country’s national economy and social development, and its influence on the socialist civilization in our country has become increasingly important. At present, the government of our country is gradually developing from a management type to a service type. Institutions should also carry out structural reforms on the basis of this and put forward higher requirements on the work efficiency and the operation of funds in the institutions. This article analyzes and discusses the problems that arise in the budget management of public institutions, and puts forward some measures on how to strengthen the financial budget management of public institutions, hoping to get help for the operation of public institutions.
