[目的]研究油松树皮甲醇提取物的体外抗氧化作用.[方法]用比色法测定油松树皮甲醇提取物对家兔肝组织的体外总抗氧化能力和对羟自由基诱导的卵磷脂体系脂质过氧化作用的影响,并用水杨酸法测定油松树皮提取物对肝组织羟自由基的清除率.[结果]油松树皮甲醇提取物具有较强的总抗氧化能力,当提取物质量浓度为4.000 g/L时,其总抗氧化能力为(86.39±0.001)U;可有效清除羟自由基;并可质量浓度依赖性地抑制羟自由基诱导的卵磷脂体系脂质过氧化作用发生.[结论]油松树皮甲醇提取物具有较强的体外抗氧化活性.
[Objective] The research aimed to study the antioxidant activity of methanol extract of Pinus bungeana bark in vitro. [Method] The total antioxidant capacity of methanol extract of Pinus bungeana against rabbit hepatic tissue in vitro and the effect of hydroxyl free radical-induced lecithin System lipid peroxidation.
