改革开放以来,我们党先后出台了一系列干部监督工作的条例、规定、准则等党内法规,既有对领导干部群体提出的要求,也有对领导干部个体提出的要求;既有对领导干部政治生活的要求,也有对领导干部经济生活的要求;既有对领导干部本人的要求,也有对领导干部配偶、子女、亲友的要求;既有对领导干部任职资格的要求,也有对领导干部任期或离任的要求,内容涉及到领导干部工作、生活、学习的方方面面。再加上对领导干部的法律监督、舆论监督、群众监督、自我监督等所形成的纵横交错的干部监督体系。干部监督工作正逐步走上规范化、法制化轨道。但是,我们应清醒地看到,干部监督工作还存在着不少急需解决的问题。
