同伴教育,是指引导学生学会和同学、邻居、其它同龄人相处的一种教育。我国长期重视应试教育,忽略考试以外的教育,带来很多社会问题。目前,很多学生为独生子女,他们缺少和同伴相处的经验,独生子女走向社会以后,社会问题更加突出。为了学生能够融入社会,学校要强调同伴教育。一、开设相关课程,引导学生重视同伴理念在过去,很多学生是与其他的学生一起长大的,他们一起参加运动、一起学习,他们在生活中接受了同伴教育。
