在中国市场经济的繁荣和成熟下,会展产业应运而生。然而,在会展经济发展良好的同时,会展营销也暴露出一些问题,尤其是对其中的客户关系的管理,不仅影响了会展的口碑,也削弱了会展的价值和作用。笔者通过对客户关系管理定义的阐述,指出在当前中国的会展产业的客户关系管理存在三大问题:会馆利用率高,供不应求、会展人才缺乏,缺乏职业技能培训、会展的客户关系管理意识淡薄,售后服务不到位;
With the prosperity and maturity of China’s market economy, convention and exhibition industry came into being. However, while the convention and exhibition economy is developing well, MICE marketing has also exposed some problems.
