我们在《铸造机械》1983年第3期中讨论了单往复气控回路的程序区间直观设计法。此法不用做任何图表及其他辅助设计,直接从程序式上判别和排除干扰,简化控制回路。本文在此基础上讨论多往复回路的程序区间直观设计。该方法的基本原理、设计步骤与单往复控制回路的设计基本相同。但是,多往复回路的设计要复杂些,它不仅要排除Ⅰ型干扰,还要排除Ⅱ型干扰
We discussed in the “foundry machinery” 1983 third period of the single reciprocating control circuit program interval visual design method. This method does not have to do any charts and other ancillary design, directly from the program to identify and eliminate interference, simplifying the control loop. Based on this, this article discusses the intuitive design of the program interval of multi-reciprocal loop. The basic principle of the method, design steps and single reciprocating control circuit design is basically the same. However, the design of multiple reciprocating circuits is more complex, it not only to exclude type I interference, but also to exclude type II interference
