社会主义新农村建设中文化建设也是社会关注的焦点问题。新时期下,我国对农村地区实行了精准扶贫,这极大的改变了农民的经济条件,伴随而来的精神文化需求也非常迫切,这就需要各级政府强化农村基层的文化建设,以满足农民对精神食粮的需求。本文从我国农村文化建设的涵义出发,论述了我国农村文化建设存在的问题,并详细的分析了我国农村文化建设的主要对策。
The cultural construction in building a new socialist countryside is also the focus of social concern. In the new era, China has implemented precise poverty alleviation in rural areas, which has greatly changed the economic conditions of peasants. The accompanying spiritual and cultural needs are also very urgent. This requires that all levels of government strengthen the cultural construction at the grass-roots level in rural areas so as to satisfy Farmers demand for spiritual food. Based on the connotation of rural cultural construction in our country, this paper discusses the existing problems of rural cultural construction in our country and analyzes in detail the main countermeasures of rural cultural construction in our country.
