美国托兰斯研究表明,教师的创造性与学生的创造力之间是一种正相关,高职教育要培养创新人才,对师资队伍建设提出了更高的要求。要求高职院校的教师不仅要掌握理论知识,能胜任理论教学;还能指导学生实训、实践、完成指导学生毕业设计的任务,同时还要参与企业相关的研发工作,能够帮助企业解决技术难题、开展应用研究。本文就当前高职师资队伍建设存在的主要问题,高职教育内涵发展对教师提出的新要求,高职“会计教学”教师队伍的建设进行探讨。
