班主任是班级管理的责任人,科学地做好班级管理工作能够促进学生的健康成长与发展。本文从班主任应该具备的基本素质论述入手,提出了班主任做好班级管理工作的一些可行性措施。以期给小学班级管理工作有所启示与借鉴。
Class teacher is the responsibility of class management, scientific class management can promote the healthy growth and development of students. This article starts from the discussion about the basic qualities that the headteacher should have and puts forward some feasible measures that the headteacher should do well in class management.
