《三国演义》中战争的成与败,除人物智力等因素外,主要人物的性格也起着重要的作用。本文从《三国演义》里重点描写的蜀国人物的性格出发,以刘备、关羽、张飞、诸葛亮四人从相遇到建立深厚的友情,到他们各自鲜明的性格在其间所起的作用为主线,分别从“性格吸引与关系建立”、“性格组合结构与合力增效”、“性格互补形式与事理的发展”三个方面分析人物性格。
