以蚂蚱腿子幼嫩带芽茎段为外植体,通过对其芽启动诱导、继代增殖及生根诱导培养基的筛选,建立了蚂蚱腿子的离体快速繁殖技术体系。结果表明:最适腋芽诱导培养基为B_5+1.0 mg·L~(-1)6-BA+0.1 mg·L~(-1)IBA,外植体诱导萌发率达80.0%;最适增殖培养基为B_5+1.0 mg·L~(-1)6-BA+0.3 mg·L~(-1)IBA,增殖系数可达7.6;最佳生根培养基为1/2 B_5+0.1 mg·L~(-1)IBA+0.1 mg·L~(-1)NAA,生根率可达93.3%,平均主根数量达11.2条。炼苗后,移栽于珍珠岩和蛭石(1:1,V/V)或腐殖土和河沙(2:1,V/V)混合基质中。成活率均达90%以上。

The results showed that the most suitable induction medium for axillary buds was B 5 + 1.0 mg · L -1 6-BA + 0.1 mg · L -1 IBA, and the induction rate of germination was 80.0% The proliferation coefficient was up to 7.6 for the B_5 + 1.0 mg · L -1 (-1) 6-BA + 0.3 mg · L -1 IBA. The best rooting medium was 1/2 B_5 + 0.1 mg · L ~ (-1) IBA + 0.1 mg · L -1 NAA, the rooting rate reached 93.3% and the average number of main roots reached 11.2. The seedlings were transplanted into a mixed matrix of perlite and vermiculite (1: 1, V / V) or humus and sand (2: 1, V / V). Survival rate reached more than 90%.
