患者,女,39岁,农民。因腹痛、腹胀1周伴恶心、呕吐而入院。患者9日前无明显诱因下出现腹部疼痛为阵发性绞痛,伴恶心、呕吐胃内容物。在当地医院诊断为肠梗阻,予以胃肠减压等保守治疗,症状缓解出现排气、排便后出院。近日进食后出现腹痛阵发性加剧而来求治。体格检查:体温36.6℃
Patient, female, 39 years old, farmer. Due to abdominal pain, bloating 1 week with nausea, vomiting and admission. Patients with no obvious incentive to appear on the 9th abdominal pain was paroxysmal colic, with nausea, vomiting stomach contents. In the local hospital diagnosed as intestinal obstruction, to be gastrointestinal decompression and other conservative treatment, symptoms appear to exhaust, defecation after discharge. Recently, after eating abdominal pain intensified came to seek treatment. Physical examination: body temperature 36.6 ℃
