目的预防、控制、消除某汽车股份有限公司扩建项目职业病危害,保护劳动者健康。方法采用检查表法与类比法结合进行分析。结果该项目可能产生的职业病危害因素主要为甲烷、一氧化碳、二氧化氮及非稳态噪声。生产过程中不产生《高毒物品目录》中所列的化学因素和石棉纤维粉尘、含游离二氧化硅10%以上的粉尘以及放射性因素及其他严重职业病危害因素,判定属于职业病危害一般的建设项目。结论该项目建设地点、总体布局、生产车间与工艺设备布局、采暖、通风、照明和防毒、防噪声等卫生工程技术防护设施(措施)、个人防护用品的配备、应急救援设施(措施)、辅助用室符合标准、规范要求。
Objective To prevent, control and eliminate the occupational hazards of an automobile expansion project and to protect the health of workers. Methods Checklist method and analogy method were combined for analysis. Results The main risk factors of occupational diseases in this project are methane, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide and unsteady noise. The production process does not produce chemical substances listed in the “high poison inventory” and asbestos fiber dust, dust containing more than 10% of free silica and radioactive factors and other serious occupational hazards, to determine the occupational hazards of the general construction projects .
