目的探讨膀胱镜检查中人文关怀护理对患者心理改善的方法和效果。方法 136例初次行膀胱镜检查患者,随机分为对照组(64例)与观察组(72例)。对照组行膀胱镜检查常规护理,观察组在此基础上运用人文关怀护理,对两组患者检查中的心理情况进行比较分析。结果观察组患者在检查中紧张、恐惧的程度及疼痛的程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理可明显缓解膀胱镜检查患者的紧张、恐惧心理,减轻疼痛,提高检查的成功率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of psychological nursing care on patients in cystoscopy. Methods A total of 136 patients with cystoscopy were randomly divided into control group (64 cases) and observation group (72 cases). The control group underwent cystoscopy routine nursing. The observation group used the humanistic nursing care on the basis of this study, and compared the psychological status of the two groups in the examination. Results The degree of tension, fear and pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing care can significantly relieve the tension, fear and psychology of patients with cystoscopy, reduce pain and improve the success rate of examination, which is worthy of clinical application.
