硫酸妥布霉素(Tobramycin)是一种以抗革兰氏阴性菌为主的抗生素,其抗菌谱与庆大霉素相似,对绿脓杆菌有较强的抗菌作用,比庆大霉素强2-8倍。本品与青霉素类、头孢菌素类联合应用常有协同作用。本文就硫酸妥布霉素与其它十种药物分别混溶于静脉输液或试管中的稳定性问题进行了讨论,供临床应用时参考。 1.硫酸妥布霉素与呋喃苯胺酸(Furo-semide)溶于5%葡萄糖注射液(简称5%G.S)或0.9%氯化钠注射液(简称N.S),24 h内是稳定的。硫酸妥布霉素40mg/ml与呋喃苯胺酸40mg/(4ml)加到5%GS或NS中,在室温21℃,混合后15分钟到24h中用显微镜观测未见沉淀析出,其pH值为5.5-6.0。 2.硫酸妥布霉素与乳酸环丙氟哌酸(Ciprofloxacin lactate)在24h内是稳定
Tobramycin sulfate is a kind of anti-Gram-negative antibiotic. Its antibacterial spectrum is similar to that of gentamicin. It has strong antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 2-8 times. This product and penicillins, cephalosporins commonly used synergistic synergistic effect. This article discusses the stability of tobramycin sulfate and ten other drugs that are miscible in intravenous fluids or tubes, respectively, for clinical use.
