针对铁合金行业在铬粉矿冷压球团生产中存在的问题,进行了探索性研究。在实验室条件下,研究了新型含镁粘结剂对铬粉矿冷压球团常温、高温抗压强度影响,并采用电镜扫描分析了铬粉矿使用新型含镁粘结剂的固结机理。研究结果表明,含镁粘结剂的加入量为5%时,冷压球团的高温强度最高可达到425 N,可满足矿热炉正常冶炼需要;低熔点的钙化合物或钠化合物在铬粉矿颗粒之间能起到提高冷压球团强度的作用,不同级配的铬粉矿搭配使用较单一矿粉冷压球团的强度指标更好。
For the ferroalloy industry in chrome powder ore cold-pressing pellet production problems, conducted exploratory research. Under laboratory conditions, the effect of the new type of Mg-containing binder on the compressive strength of cold-pressed pellets of chrome powder ore at normal temperature and high temperature was studied. The consolidation mechanism of the new magnesium-containing binder in chrome powder ore was analyzed by scanning electron microscope . The results show that when the amount of Mg-containing binder is 5%, the highest temperature strength of cold-pressed pellets can reach 425 N, which can meet the normal smelting needs of the submerged arc furnace. The low melting point calcium compounds or sodium compounds are used in the chrome powder The ore particles can play the role of improving the strength of the cold-pressed pellets. The chrome ore with different gradations is better than the single-powder cold pellets with the strength index.
