服务铁路是铁路高职院校的基本职能之一。为铁路的高速发展培养所需要的能够“下得去、用得上、留得住”一线技术人才是我们的培养目标。以铁路信号职业岗位标准为尺度。建立有利于信号专业能力形成,特色鲜明的实践课程体系,是我院铁路信号专业教学的重要标志。实践课程通过让学生在实践教学中真学、实干来培养学生的岗位技能和工作技巧,从而实现了学生和就业岗位的零距离对接。本文介绍了铁路信号专业实践课程体系构建的方法,内容和实施。
Service railway is one of the basic functions of railway vocational colleges. To train the rapid development of the railway needs to be able to “go on, use, stay” front-line technical personnel is our training objectives. Railway signaling career standards as a standard job. Establishing a practical curriculum system that is conducive to the formation of signal professional competence and distinctive features is an important symbol of our railway signal teaching. The practical course realizes the zero-distance connection between the students and the jobs by letting the students really learn and practice in the practice teaching to cultivate the post skills and work skills of the students. This article introduces the method, content and implementation of the construction of railway signal professional practice curriculum system.
